Service was good and calm ambience. Staff listen to you and try to meet your needs as much as they can. Only bit is they tend to be a bit slow, so if they could speed up a bit that will be nice. Second is the constant walking around to either go and find something etc, it will be nice if they could have most or almost all of what they need for the client in close proximity before starting the clients hair. Aside from that service was good.

Okay, so I’m a repeat customer with Connie handling my hair. The first time I met was a consultation for microlinks. She really took the time to fully explain to me the pros and cons about them which I truly valued because I had entered the salon with my mind fully made up! Since then I’ve been going back and her suggestions for hairstyles have never missed the mark, EVER! I truly value her and her experience with handling hair. Connie you are a gem, thank you for making me look like a million dollars every time I sit in your chair!

I had a wonderful experience today (12/19/25) with Vera. I have armpit-length, thick natural hair and booked the Scalp Detox and Deep Moisture Treatment. I have psoriasis, which usually makes new salons uncomfortable, but Vera was reassuring, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The salon has a beautiful, boutique-level atmosphere, and I was even able to add a mani-pedi on the spot, which they graciously accommodated. I do not use heat, and Vera happily honored my request to moisturize and seal my hair. Truly an A+++ experience. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I had such a great experience! The staff were, friendly, professional and checked with me at every stage to ensure I was happy. I was offered a cool drink when I was seated. The lady that washed my hair was gentle and gave me the BEST massage I didn’t want it to end! The stylist was quick and experienced and I got to meet the owner Crystal, who was lovely! As someone with very coarse natural hair, my experience at Kai beauty studio was the best care my hair has ever received in Accra. There was no tugging or pain, which has often been the case at other salons. I also got a pedicure and absolutely loved it. The staff are very attentive and friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

However, the stylist that did it for me was Francisca; her hands are blessed and this is coming from someone that’s tried several salons in Accra since 2000…lol.
