Service was good and calm ambience. Staff listen to you and try to meet your needs as much as they can. Only bit is they tend to be a bit slow, so if they could speed up a bit that will be nice. Second is the constant walking around to either go and find something etc, it will be nice if they could have most or almost all of what they need for the client in close proximity before starting the clients hair. Aside from that service was good.

Ashley is incredibly knowledgeable about natural hair and hair care - I haven’t experienced that level of knowledge and care in Ghana before! I had an amazing experience - looking forward to going back.

Was great! Did my hair yesterday. Lady was super great and polite! However didn’t get the bob effect. Can I pass by to cut it shorter? Later today?

Priscilla did a fantastic job with my hair. I am extremely happy with her work. I'm a natural who normally wears my hair curly and she did a silk press for me. It came out sooooo nice. I am a very picky person and she did very well.

I had a great experience at Nalabi for my sew in refresh. I was greeted warmly at the front desk then shown to my seat where the next attendant provided me with a foot stool to relax, a side table for my belongings and a snack- which was great because I was a bit hungry. My shampoo and conditioner experience was wonderful and relaxing - which included a steam treatment. I also noticed that the products used were of great quality. My hair was styled to perfection- bone straight buss down. In addition to the great service, I appreciated the stress free and calm environment.

It was such a lovely experience and my nails came out so beautifully! I would highly recommend CBK Beauty if you’re in Accra.

Always professional, I enjoy going here to get my hair braided. The fact that they don't apply heat to your hair to prep for braiding is also very important.

I had a wonderful experience today (12/19/25) with Vera. I have armpit-length, thick natural hair and booked the Scalp Detox and Deep Moisture Treatment. I have psoriasis, which usually makes new salons uncomfortable, but Vera was reassuring, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The salon has a beautiful, boutique-level atmosphere, and I was even able to add a mani-pedi on the spot, which they graciously accommodated. I do not use heat, and Vera happily honored my request to moisturize and seal my hair. Truly an A+++ experience. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

My experience with Ashley was the best i have ever had in my entire life, this is not to exaggerate but her service is the best. I have natural hair and have had bad experiences with hair stylists but the care she gave to my hair is what I wish all hair stylists have. She was very patient and i enjoyed every process.
