Went in for a sauna and bamboo massage. It was really peaceful and relaxing, which was what i needed! The sauna is located in a room with dried lavender or herbs and really made the whole experience amazing, the environment was just peaceful and lovely. The massage I had with Vivian was also amazing. She was attentive and applied the right amount of pressure. I'll definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking to have a slow and recuperative experience 💓

The sauna was lovely but would have been better if there was music playing and also the shower wouldn’t go cold or even warm only hot afterwards which was very unpleasant but otherwise it’s beautiful and relaxing! Really enjoyed it

Incredibly relaxing and calming facial with the nicest smelling products. I loved the music and the setting. The sauna is also a must-try, so cleaning and shower and (Tekla) towels all prepared for you. Highly recommend.

Wonderful treatments and the technicians were professional and friendly. The space itself gives you a sense of peace and serenity. I had three treatments (mani, pedi, and a facial) as well as used the infrared. Can’t recommend this place enough 🤍

The only thing I would change is that I would have preferred to do the sauna first, not last. But I will know to ask in advance next time. The massage was probably the best I have ever had.

Lovely. Even if you are used to regular sauna, 45 mins feels like a lot. Very clean and pleasant staff.

The reflexology was excellent! Really the best. 5 starts absolutely. The sauna itself was good, there were a few things that would have made it great - soap provided for the shower afterwards and bathrobes that fit curvy women. On behalf of curvy women, “one size” robes are always smaller and it can be a source of anxiety if you are going from one treatment to the next as I was. So I had to get dressed. Which wasn’t ideal for the next treatment. This was my first time and I can say I would absolutely go back for both experiences.

The infrared sauna is amazing! Love how it gradually gets hotter so it’s not immediately super intense and the cooling shower afterwards left me feeling really healthy. They’ve created such a calming environment with the scented oils and candles in there, I’ll definitely be going regularly from now on :)

Had an amazing experience in the infrared sauna! The heat was soothing and comfortable, unlike traditional saunas. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and my muscles felt looser. Great for stress relief and detox – highly recommend!

What a fantastic experience, from the welcome, to the vibe of the shop, the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the facilities, the infrared sauna and room was absolutely lush and definitely a must try. We cannot wait to try it again. We felt absolutely phenomenal after the sauna and shower.

It was my 3rd visit today, using the infrared sauna and I can truly say I am so pleased I found this place. The staff are amazing the place is very clean, relaxing and best of all private. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and fibromyalgia and I have seen a decrease in my pain over 3 days after the treatment. So I find that I can manage my pain so much better coming here once a week.
