Went in for a sauna and bamboo massage. It was really peaceful and relaxing, which was what i needed! The sauna is located in a room with dried lavender or herbs and really made the whole experience amazing, the environment was just peaceful and lovely. The massage I had with Vivian was also amazing. She was attentive and applied the right amount of pressure. I'll definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking to have a slow and recuperative experience 💓

The sauna was lovely but would have been better if there was music playing and also the shower wouldn’t go cold or even warm only hot afterwards which was very unpleasant but otherwise it’s beautiful and relaxing! Really enjoyed it

I visited an infrared sauna. It was a wonderful experience. I felt lightness and energy throughout my entire body. The SPA is nice and clean. The hostess is very friendly.

I had a wonderful experience during my Iyashi Dome infrared sauna session with Margarita. She was warm, welcoming, and very professional from the moment I arrived. Margarita explained the process clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed before starting. The session itself was incredibly soothing, the heat was gentle but effective, and I left feeling lighter, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed. Margarita checked in at the perfect moments without interrupting the peaceful atmosphere, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic treatment and a lovely experience.

The Greenwich Spa is becoming one of my favourite places to go. I love the Iyashi Dome infratherapy sauna, it is an absolute favourite for me. If you haven't tried it, Do!!! The main benefits being detox, slimming, anti-ageing, and it improves sleep and relaxation. I am also doing a course of colonics which are really helping with my digestion and feeling more comfortable. Susanne has been excellent, and the rest of the team too. While you are there you feel comfortable and really well looked after.

Another wonderful visit to the Greenwich Spa! I no longer live nearby, but would not go anywhere else for my colonics. I included a coffee enema this time and Susanne talked me through what to expect and the benefits of the treatment (liver & gallbladder detoxification). I also highly recommend having a session in the Iyashi dome afterwards to aid the detoxification further, or just for a nice relaxing treat! For those of you interested in red light therapy, the dome (looks a bit like a sun bed!) uses far infra-red light and creates a sauna-like experience. Do try it!
