Another lovely visit to my fave London clinic, this time to have my first ever skin peel. It was a lovely treatment, no discomfort whatsoever. Dr Katharine explained everything that she was doing along the way and I left feeling like I had a relaxing Facial! After just one treatment (and immediately after!) my skin feels smooth and clean, looks soo much brighter and my pores minimised! #glowing thank you!!!!

I tried the Eneka laser hair removal today, it was a straightforward and pleasant experience start to finish the session did not take long, the spa was well set up and my therapist was extremely professional and I felt like I was in good hands. I was advised of aftercare and preparation needs before the appointment and had a patch test beforehand to ensure there were no adverse reactions. The Eneka laser treatment was quick and painless, goggles were provided to protect my eyes and aloe gel afterwards for my comfort to reduce irritation of my skin

I had requested Polly in the app so I was a bit dissatisfied to travel an hour across london for someone else with no explanation. I had such a lovely facial from Sadie so it’s totally fine, but I feel a bit annoyed to then realise she has her own salon at much cheaper prices somewhere else. Just not really what I waited all this time for! I had a lovely facial but probably wont come back to be honest.

Simply the best clinic in London. They even opened an hour early for my mum and I, which was so kind. Service like this is rare in the city! Do not hesitate to book here ASAP!

I had an amazing session with Lauren, who took time to read what I had written before the session, putting me at ease immediately. They made suggestions about how to proceed and listened to my concerns about fragile skin and allowed me time as a neurodivergent person to feel comfortable. They informed me about each step along the way and checked in to see if I was comfortable, the conversation during the session was so uplifting and I left not only feeling completely renewed, but with the glowiest skin I have had for a long time and can't thank them enough for an incredible facial

Look no further because Dr. Katherine is the best practitioner for cosmetic treatments in London and beyond! She is exceptionally knowledgeable, honest (will never recommend a treatment that is not needed), and a wonderful human being. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.
