I enjoyed my first infrared sauna @ Feelgood with a girlfriend today. We bluetoothed our own music and the 45 min session flew by. I feel so blissed out now. The facilities are fresh and fabulous. We had a spacious room and huge shower. Can't wait to go back next week for another session. I want to try a floatation tank next :-)

Such a beautiful rejuvenating experience. I booked in for a sauna/ice bath session. The room was really beautiful, well kept and clean. Front of house team is also very nice and friendly!

A great place to re-centre. Whilst I usually use the infra red sauna, I'm going back to try the oxygen chamber as I've heard amazing things!

I have been a member of C3 Drummoyne since the beginning, It’s a great spot for both working out and recovery. The gym has everything you need, and the vibe is fun and welcoming! The sauna is perfect for relaxing after a tough session. The ice bath is a game-changer for recovery; it really helps with muscle soreness. The staff are next level knowledgeable, super friendly and always willing to help. If you’re looking for a solid place to train and recover, I definitely recommend checking it out! Tara :)

What is this hidden gem in Leichhardt? I had no idea it existed. I ran a half marathon yesterday and booked in for an infrared sauna and leg massage today and it was literally game changing. I had to back up to play soccer this afternoon and we won with only 10 players. Michael the owner is lovely and knowledgeable and great for a chat. Highly recommended for any active people who need to relieve sore and tired muscles in a very calm, clean and nurturing environment.
