Beautiful, calming and clean set up. Got the two person private infrared and ice bath session which was also great value for money. Loved the music and Netflix options. Minor thing that could make it awesome is a clock or a sand timer for overall appointment so I’m not worried and checking my phone to see if we’ve gone overtime.

Lymphatic facial was heavenly for me as I've been recovering from a sinus infection the last few days which created a lot of head & neck tension and swelling in my face. Feel so much relief now after finishing with infrared sauna. Obrigada!

Amazing. I did the communal contrast therapy and just so happened to get lucky and have the whole place to myself. It's a proper Finnish sauna with two choices of ice baths.

A beautiful, relaxing experience using the infrared sauna. My individual sauna room was clean, with a relaxing decor. The temperature was adjusted to my needs and there was also a tablet with surround sound where I could watch my favourite show or put on relaxing sound bath tunes from YouTube. The shower facilities were pristine, with gentle detox gels and moisturiser to use. The staff are wonderful, explaining everything for a first timer and helping with little tips. I recommend this clinic highly especially if you're new to these therapies and a little nervous. You'll be well looked after.

The most relaxing massage experience I've ever had. My partner and i had booked in a 60 min massage, 30 min body scrub and 20 minute sauna package and we felt so accommodated from the start. Lovely, clean and spacious spa!

Maggie was great! So relaxing! The space is beautiful and I can’t wait to be back. I immediately felt so relaxed walking in and with the massage and sauna it was the best way to spend some time.

I have been a member of C3 Drummoyne since the beginning, It’s a great spot for both working out and recovery. The gym has everything you need, and the vibe is fun and welcoming! The sauna is perfect for relaxing after a tough session. The ice bath is a game-changer for recovery; it really helps with muscle soreness. The staff are next level knowledgeable, super friendly and always willing to help. If you’re looking for a solid place to train and recover, I definitely recommend checking it out! Tara :)
