A beautiful, relaxing experience using the infrared sauna. My individual sauna room was clean, with a relaxing decor. The temperature was adjusted to my needs and there was also a tablet with surround sound where I could watch my favourite show or put on relaxing sound bath tunes from YouTube. The shower facilities were pristine, with gentle detox gels and moisturiser to use. The staff are wonderful, explaining everything for a first timer and helping with little tips. I recommend this clinic highly especially if you're new to these therapies and a little nervous. You'll be well looked after.

Amazing. I did the communal contrast therapy and just so happened to get lucky and have the whole place to myself. It's a proper Finnish sauna with two choices of ice baths.

I had cryotherapy for the first time today at -130 degrees. Loved it! The lady Camilla at Crows Nest is super helpful and a caring soul! Booked again for next week, going for -140 next session. Am hooked! Try it, if you are in any pain or discomfort!

Totally enjoyed my time in the sauna!!

The space was clean, modern, and calming, creating the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. The infrared sauna itself was powerful yet comfortable. I appreciated the option to listen to music or a podcast during my session (Disney and Netflix are available too). The staff were friendly and professional. Having the shower in the same room provided the option to cold dip between sauna sessions or just freshen up at the end. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Love my saunas sessions, with my clean towels and refreshing body cream after. Very nice staff!!!
