One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

Actually my nails look amazing, but I noticed this evening I have a chip on the one nail. Strange though because I didn't do anything that could have chipped it. I will probably pop in on Saturday if you're available. Otherwise my brows,lip and chin beautifully waxed. 🤩

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Tracy Russel Aesthetic‘s service is consistently excellent. Tracy takes real care to understand what suits your face and the results always look natural and beautifully shaped. The whole experience is calm, professional and reassuring. You can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing and she doesn’t rush the process. I always leave feeling confident and well looked after. I had such a lovely experience with Shanon, she has done a beautiful lash lift for me which I got so many compliments on and really loved how they turned out. I also went for a brow treatment which left my brows looking fuller and healthier. Highly recommend going to The Room to see Shanon if you want pretty lashes and brows that look natural and fresh!
