Kyrie and Roanne are both amazing and so friendly, they immediately make you feel comfortable and welcome. I’ve had Botox and polynucleotides with Kyrie, she is very knowledgable and explains everything in detail, my results have been great all lines smoothed out but still keeping some movement for a natural look. I’ve had massages and facials with Roanne, again she is very knowledgeable and explains everything before treatment and throughout, the massage and facials are extremely relaxing and I leave feeling refreshed! Definitely recommend glowlab for aesthetics, massages, facials and more :)

Along with risks and after care given to me verbally and on paper. Never had Botox before but dr shaz was very gental and didn’t hurt at all! Talked me through it each time was going to inject and ensured I was ok the whole way through. Booked for an eyebrow shape and tint, 1/2 leg wax and underarm wax with Eve. She put me at ease straight away with her friendly and chatty personality. Explained the process and checked things were the right temperature/colour and that I was happy with things. Lovely salon which was spotlessly clean. I will be going back for other treatments and would definitely recommend a visit if you want to support someone local.
