Charlie made me feel so welcome. She was friendly, chatty and calming, which helped ease my anxiety. She took the time to explain absolutely everything before, during and after the treatment including the filler itself, the numbing cream, aftercare, what to expect. HOC is the best! I hold Sara their Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner in the highest regard and I wouldn't trust anyone else- I've had a few treatments now to level up & support my NHS opthamalogy eye treatment & Sara always makes me feel comfortable ,she is knowledgeable & proffessional always administers the right amount of botox to suit my needs. The salon is super friendly and the customer here is second to none. All in all five star 🌟!!

Had Lumi Pro Lip Booster done today and really happy with it. Was pain free and got instant hydration and smoothness in lips. Would definitely recommend for anyone that's wanting a nice plump and hydration to lips without the pain of fillers. Thank you so much I love them 💋 x

Had Botox with Charlie a few weeks ago and was so impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and the natural results she prides herself on. I was so happy that I decided to treat myself to under-eye polynucleotides and a collagen induction facial. She’s so lovely and makes you feel completely at ease. I can’t wait to see the results over the next few weeks!
