Absolutely wonderful service and I could not be happier with my treatment. Everything about my visit was exceptional, from initial contact, to the welcoming waiting room, friendly staff and professional treatment. I've been coming here for a number of years to have my eyebrows microbladed and I get lots of comments about how well structured and natural my brows are.

Sally was so gentle, and informative and very caring , I had previous Botox for migraines and wanted a Botox brow lift and a lip flip (gummy smile) we talked through all my options and previous work I’d had done and I am so impressed with the results the giant frown crater from the middle of my forehead gone , my eyebrows are lifted and eyes looking open and refreshed and the lip flip gave me the subtle definition I wanted on top of the filler I’d already had (done elsewhere), will definitely be coming back to this fantastic clinic !!

Absolutely beautiful clinic , felt welcomed from the moment I stepped through the door , my consultation was informative and we discussed all forms of treatment I was looking into before proceeding with brow lift and lip flip (gummy smile) Botox , the procedure was almost painless and I felt cared for throughout ! Can’t wait to see the results in 2 weeks !

Arrived a few mins early and was asked to wait in waiting room. Before I could sit down was called through. Genna was professional friendly and very calming. Blood test was done in minutes, I didn’t feel a thing and I was leaving 3 minutes after my appointment time. Great service.

I have had my brows microfeathered today by Genna and I’m exceptionally happy with the outcome. Genna is very professional and takes great care in being a perfectionist. She measured my brows and penciled in the shape I asked for to make sure I was happy with them before starting the procedure. I’ve had my brows micro bladed many times before in Harley Street and never was such attention and care taken. I can personally recommend Genna. Thank you very much Genna
