I've recently started using Louisa for treatments. My initial treatment was botox, which I have to say is the best I've had to date and would highly recommend. More recently I had dermal filler in a few areas of my face and again I have no complaints. Louise clearly knows her stuff, takes her time and reviews results throughout the treatment with you to ensure satisfaction. She's really friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. I won't be going anywhere else now :)

Jess was really comforting while I was really nervous. She informed me every step of the way through the procedure, making sure to check in every now and again during it so see my comfort levels. Was very clear about aftercare and booked me back in 2 weeks later for top up or adjustments if needed to make sure I was still happy with the results.

This is my second time having a facial with Misha at the Coven and every time I leave- I feel insane! I had my wedding the day after and people have since asked what is my secret?! I have also been asked several times by different people if I actually have been having Botox! Misha is amazing at what she does and the whole experience is wonderful at The Coven. I am already looking to book my next appointment! You will definitely not be disappointed ❤️

Absolutely fantastic. Wonderful and relaxing. I've never had a facial as brilliant at this. My skin is so happy. I met friends afterwards who all said how amazing, youthful and glowing I looked. The location is fabulous, the clinic is gorgeous, tranquil, calming, relaxing. (I love the posters). Claire-Joanne is A*** she is brilliant and goes out of her way to help you. She is so knowledgesble and is a font of information. Her kindness and gentleness is second to none, she is absolutely phenomenal. Thank you so much. I can't wait to come back. 😁. Xxx

I cannot recommend Louisa highly enough. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely at ease with her friendly, and professional approach. She takes the time to explain every treatment clearly, answers any questions honestly, and never makes you feel judged or pressured into anything. What I appreciate most is the trust and confidence I have in her. She genuinely listens, provides expert advice, and always has your best interests at heart. She has such a lovely, down-to-earth "girl next door" personality that makes the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable.

Fantastic service from start to finish. ppie is friendly, kind, and very professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the ear irrigation procedure. I recently had Botox and had a really positive experience. Natalie was absolutely lovely – warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. You can tell she’s incredibly knowledgeable and experienced; she explained everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and honesty. I felt very looked after and confident in her hands. The results are exactly what I was hoping for – subtle, natural, and just the refresh I needed. I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend Natalie to anyone considering Botox.
