It was my first session with Safa and she was so thorough. I’ve had a different practitioner here but Safa made me realise how thorough she was compared the other girl. She asked me about my target areas and also took the time to remove the gel and wipe each area down. I will only have Safa going forward for my sessions, that’s how good she was.

I've had a few laser hair removal sessions at this clinic and overall I’m very satisfied. The staff are friendly and took the time to explain the process and what to expect, which made me feel comfortable. The clinic itself is very clean and well-maintained. My technician is professional and made sure I'm at ease during each session. After a few sessions, I’ve already noticed a significant reduction in hair growth, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Yesterday was my last laser session with practitioner Safa and honestly, I could not be happier with the results. Safa has been extremely accommodating and caring throughout the whole process. Any questions I had she answered within minutes on whatsapp or in person. She eased all my concerns and doubts about the laser treatment in itself. I genuinely believe she provided an excellent service even her attention to detail was immaculate. I could not recommend her more!!!

I had a really great experience with SwissLaser Even after just one treatment, I can already see a noticeable improvement in my sideburn area — there’s a big difference already, which I’m really happy with. Safa was excellent — very professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions, which really put me at ease. I have completed my 6 sessions at Swiss laser. I have noticed I barely have any hair growth, my results are amazing. I don’t grow underarms and leg hair anymore. I’m also really happy with my practitioner Safa, always does an amazing job she’s so lovely and chatty makes you feel comfortable. The clinic also is very beautiful smells good

Safa was a different person to ehpni normally have , safe was gentle I wasn't as anxious we quickly but ilt a raport compared to the other individuals, safa was very gentle would recommend honestly I left my appointment feeling very good It is honestly the best I have felt since doing mylaser

The staff is very friendly. The location is also great and the treatment procedures are explained in a very good way. Things are told in great depth. I am very embarrassed about my facial hair, but I feel confident now that I am getting treatment here. One thing I liked is that first a skin patch test is done and then the treatment is implemented.

Honestly the practitioner Safa is soo lovely and makes you feel so comfortable. The laser itself it’s absolutely pain free unlike the experience I’ve had at other laser places where the pain was unbearable. So affordable and up to high standards. Would honestly recommend to book in your patch test and start your laser journey immediately.

I had a full body laser hair removal treatment at Swiss Laser, and it was my first time, so I was quite nervous. Safa and Mariha were absolutely amazing — they were kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. I just wanted to leave a review for Safa. I usually have a different practitioner who I love and got so used to but was unavailable today. This meant I had safa. At first I was apprehensive, as I never had her before and felt nervous, but she made me feel so comfortable and targeted all the areas I needed with time and care. I’ve just had my fourth laser session with Safa, and it was our first time actually meeting but it genuinely felt like we’d known each other forever. She is so lovely, warm, and reassuring, and you can immediately tell she really knows what she’s doing. Even though the machine was on the highest level, I honestly didn’t feel a thing. Safa explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and her technique was amazing. The whole experience felt calm, professional, and completely stress free.
