It was my first session with Safa and she was so thorough. I’ve had a different practitioner here but Safa made me realise how thorough she was compared the other girl. She asked me about my target areas and also took the time to remove the gel and wipe each area down. I will only have Safa going forward for my sessions, that’s how good she was.

I've had a few laser hair removal sessions at this clinic and overall I’m very satisfied. The staff are friendly and took the time to explain the process and what to expect, which made me feel comfortable. The clinic itself is very clean and well-maintained. My technician is professional and made sure I'm at ease during each session. After a few sessions, I’ve already noticed a significant reduction in hair growth, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

I recently had a laser hair removal treatment at this clinic and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My practitioner, Mariyah, was absolutely amazing — she made me feel so comfortable, especially as I was quite nervous to begin with. She was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything, which really helped put me at ease. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and really easy to get to. The laser machine they use is top quality and virtually pain-free, which I didn’t expect. I also really appreciate how accommodating they were with my schedule.

Yesterday was my last laser session with practitioner Safa and honestly, I could not be happier with the results. Safa has been extremely accommodating and caring throughout the whole process. Any questions I had she answered within minutes on whatsapp or in person. She eased all my concerns and doubts about the laser treatment in itself. I genuinely believe she provided an excellent service even her attention to detail was immaculate. I could not recommend her more!!!

I had a really great experience with SwissLaser Even after just one treatment, I can already see a noticeable improvement in my sideburn area — there’s a big difference already, which I’m really happy with. Safa was excellent — very professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable. She explained everything clearly and answered all my questions, which really put me at ease. Hannah is absolutely brilliant at what she does! I had Botox in three areas and was fantastic, no messing around just got on with the treatment but still super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Would highly recommend her! I have completed my 6 sessions at Swiss laser. I have noticed I barely have any hair growth, my results are amazing. I don’t grow underarms and leg hair anymore. I’m also really happy with my practitioner Safa, always does an amazing job she’s so lovely and chatty makes you feel comfortable. The clinic also is very beautiful smells good

Safa was a different person to ehpni normally have , safe was gentle I wasn't as anxious we quickly but ilt a raport compared to the other individuals, safa was very gentle would recommend honestly I left my appointment feeling very good It is honestly the best I have felt since doing mylaser
