Fantastic Experience — Highly Recommend Debbie! I had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Debbie was friendly, professional, and really put me at ease. She listened to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was happy at every step. The service was carried out with real care and attention to detail, and the results were exactly what I was hoping for. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and spotlessly clean — a real hidden. Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

Shelby was excellent in helping me with my first body cryotherapy.

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. The facility is nice, cosy and very clean. Thank you to all team members! I will definitely come back in the future. And in the meantime I wish you all the best! Renata

Amazing experience. Symon is very knowledgable, holistic & informative regarding the varied treatments at the Centre to promote your individual health & well-being.

Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight. I saw results straight away. Tammy made me feel comfortable and welcome I will definitely be back for more treatments.

Very caring and professional
