Lovely massage at The Elsewhere. I was a bit nervous as it was my first time, but Phoebe immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. She took the time to check in before, during and after massage, and I never felt rushed or pushed into doing anything that I didn't feel comfortable with. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely lovely to meet Phoebe today and see her lovely business. Such a good back massage and facial tension massage. I really feel like it's relieved a lot of tension and pressure that I was carrying. I felt totally relaxed and Phoebe was lovely and talked through everything. Norwich is blessed to have Phoebe; completely focused and attentive throughout, applying just the right amount of pressure and adjusting instinctively to what my body needed. I felt listened to, cared for, and genuinely relaxed by the end. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience from start to finish. When greeted, questions and needs were checked in about what I was hoping for, but then throughout treatment was adaptive to needs as well as using own experience to give best experience possible. After, checked in how everything was and advised best next steps.
