Eleanor was really lovely and talked me through the procedure clearly. The treatment itself was great. My experience at Meicha’s clinic was superb from start to finish. Lucy, who runs the online correspondence, was very knowledgeable and helpful about my appointment. On arrival, the clinic room was beautiful, calm and relaxing and Meicha herself was very warm and welcoming. Having never had microneedling before, she was attentive to explain the process in detail and also check in with me during the process. After, I enjoyed the refreshing face mask massage and LED therapy too! I cannot wait to see the results in a few weeks time ready for my wedding! Would highly recommend.
