Nurse Meicha's warm and welcoming energy puts me at ease every time. The clinic's interiors are calming and spotless, creating the perfect environment. Her approach to my lip journey has been fantastic. She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything during the consultation, ensuring I'm completely happy and confident with my choice of filler and measurement. Her slow and steady method shows her dedication to achieving natural, but noticeable beautiful results. I absolutely love the outcome and couldn't be happier with my lips. If you're considering fillers, I wholeheartedly recommend her!

Stacey was absolutely fab, so gentle with the needle and I barely felt it. Obviously she has been trained to Georgias standard which is impeccable too. Best ladies in Norwich!

Another great treatment carried out by Tanya. This time it was Phi Ion eyelid tightening. As previously I had a consultation first, to discuss the procedure, what to do pre treatment, and what to expect post treatment. Tanya explained everything really concisely, and took time to answer my questions. I found the whole procedure painless, with a tiny bit of stinging at the very end! Tanya is the only person I trust to carry out my procedures and wholeheartedly recommend her every time ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

Always so welcoming and professional, we always have a full consultation before hand to discuss how the last treatment went/lasted and to what I'm trying to achieve. I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

I had such an amazing experience getting my hair extensions fitted after an incredible consultation. From start to finish, Liv was absolutely brilliant. Colour matching was spot on – I genuinely couldn’t believe how perfectly it blended! She made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the appointment, which made such a difference. I also really appreciated the advice she gave me, especially around after-care, so I feel confident keeping my extensions looking their best. So happy with my experience at H Derma Beautu Aesthetics Norwich. It was my first time coming here. I had 3 areas of botox done and I was so impressed with Georgia. She was lovely and made me feel very welcome. She was very professional and knew her stuff! Will definitely be coming back for more treatments. I love the fact she is so central and easy to get to. From start to install Liv has been amazing. Messaged her after seeing her on insta with a couple of questions, she was so quick to respond and get me booked in for a consultation. Incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel so at ease with absolutely no pressure to book in. Before confirming she was still happy to answer my questions - no matter how dense. During the install I was so at ease. Within the first 5 mins we were chatting away about all sorts. At the end of the appointment she checked everything repeatedly to make sure I was happy. Beyond pleased with my hair now!

I recently had a facial with Sam at TherapyInc in Norwich and it was an absolute treat. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly relaxing and luxurious. Sam is so knowledgeable and took the time afterwards to explain every step, making the facial both educational and tailored to my skin’s needs. She used Dermalogica products beautifully, and I left feeling refreshed, nourished, and genuinely benefited. The 2 hour Japanese head spa is an absolutely amazing relaxing treatment. Me + my sister in law thoroughly enjoyed it. The 2 ladies were very friendly & made us feel comfortable instantly. Highly recommend Regen Clinic Norwich & will return hopefully soon. Thanks again.

From the moment I arrived, Stacy was incredibly kind and attentive. She made sure I felt comfortable and fully informed throughout the entire process, always checking that I was okay. I really appreciated how caring and professional she was. On top of that, she provided excellent follow-up and consultation, helping me understand which areas I can continue to work on. After reading Alice's lovely reviews online..🥰 I received a prompt response after enquiring. I get nervous, excited, anxious with appointments.. Alice made me feel welcome and at ease from the first consultation appointment. 4 week's later, leading up to fitting, feeling excited. I'm new to having extensions- so didn't know how it would feel. I usually travel to London for all my treatments, so I was over the moon to find out that Dr Chris has opened a clinic in Norwich! He is absolutely incredible — professional, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything.
