Andy did an amazing skin peel for me. The difference was instant and something I had been cautious to undertake as I wanted a skilled professional to deliver the service and Andy was both of these. I have suffered with acne rosacea for many years, however after my skin peel my pours are less visible, my active acne has reduced and my rosacea has begun to calm down after two treatments! I’m delighted with the wonderful service and aftercare advice I have been provided with as well as a first class service.

I've been having the standard cut and blow dry with Lucy for two years now. Bored of my hair and wanting a change, Lucy mentioned a balayage and I took some time to decide before finally discussing the process with her. I had the skin test and then booked myself in. I took the plunge having never had my hair dyed before and the results did not disappoint! If I'd have known it would look this good, I'd have done it years ago! Definitely having it done again! I recently had a facial with Sam at TherapyInc in Norwich and it was an absolute treat. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly relaxing and luxurious. Sam is so knowledgeable and took the time afterwards to explain every step, making the facial both educational and tailored to my skin’s needs. She used Dermalogica products beautifully, and I left feeling refreshed, nourished, and genuinely benefited.
