Grace was super friendly, knowledgeable and gentle throughout the whole treatment. I booked in for a Level 3 Facial and at every step she knew exactly what she was doing and answered any questions I had about what was going on. She tailored the treatment throughout to suit my skin needs and recommended products to use afterwards. If you’re looking for a facial in Manchester, Grace is your go-to!! Will definitely be returning :)

I’ve now had a few facials with Grace and can’t imagine life without them! I started with just a consultation appt and received a Skin Plan- I highly recommend! Now I get regular facials and it’s the best little indulgence I treat myself to. I have always been so clueless about my skin and have suffered with breakouts and the low self-esteem it can cause, and honestly this has totally changed the game for me. Not only are the facials gorgeous, but having Grace’s expertise and reassurance that progress with my skin was possible has been totally invaluable. My skin has never looked better!

I Have a cool peel facial every month with Erika. Also have been using Environ products for 2 1/2 years. Would highly recommend a consultation as everyone’s skin needs are different. Erika is very knowledgeable and will help you find the products which will meet your goals. I have learnt so much about my skin in the last few years.

When I arrived for my appointment I was confused if where to park. I called the consultant Saffa who directed me to where I need to park and came out to meet me by my car. Saffa explained the treatment with full experience and answered all questions with full knowledge. Overall Saffa was professional and really easy to talk to which made the consultation reassuring.
