I was so lost with my skin before Grace. I’m nearly 30 and have always struggled with breakouts and annoying little skin issues and not known how to resolve them. I previously had a skin advice consultation with Grace, which was SO valuable, and I knew then that I wanted to treat myself to Grace’s facials. And it absolutely is the best treat ever. A lovely experience every time - I come away glowing and feeling like I know more about my skin than ever. Grace is super professional, knowledgeable and talented, and also extremely warm and friendly. I would recommend without hesitation.

Every appointment with Grace is a treat (this was my third facial), and her beautiful dedicated skincare studio has elevated things to a new level. I had the Level 2 facial on this occasion and it was such a relaxing, indulgent experience. I always take before & after photos which speak for themselves but I also left feeling amazing! What sets Hands apart is the technical, expert nature of Grace’s treatments. As well as feeling pampered, the treatments and products used are really tailored for your skin type and improving your skin concerns. I couldn’t recommend Grace enough!

From the pre-appointment form where Grace even asks if you would like to chat or not, you can tell she pays attention to the smallest details. It was my first facial after a routine consultation with Grace a year ago (if you never had a routine consultation with her please book it NOW because it will change your life). I had my second BB Glow foundation treatment today, and I’m honestly so happy with how my skin looks.. it’s really evened out my tone and just makes my skin look so much better overall. I also had my Botox review today & it’s perfect as usual, I didn’t need a top-up! Kyiis has been my practitioner for the past year, and I honestly love every appointment with her. I recently visited this salon and I HIGHLY recommend it. I got my hair done and the stylist took the time to listen to my preferences and offered suggestions based on my hair type and face shape as well as taking the time to cut my hair precisely. The hair treatment really helped as my hair has never felt so smooth and honestly I feel so confident and happy. I also got a facial which left my skin so SMOOTH and hydrated.

Never had any treatments till went to Nasim she talk me through treatments I could have to improve my skin . So had a few now & skin looking so much better every time I been my experience has been calming Nasim talk’s you through what the treatment dose before she start’s she very professional lovley person

The milia extraction was incredibly fast and effective—perfect for anyone looking for quick results! Elliah completed a full consultation with an exceptional level of knowledge and compassion As my 56 year old skin has had its fair share of trauma it can be difficult to talk about. I was soon at ease and very much relaxed enough for the skin boosters to be administered. I have already booked for the meso glass facial which I have always wanted to try yet have never felt confident enough to have.
