My experience was brilliant, consultation spot on,lovely and friendly.

Lovely service and staff as usual I've been with Team Halo and Stacey, and Hannah giving me the perfect lashes and brows since day one and I wouldn't go anywhere else! My Nanna also Goss to Stacey and loves her hair and loves how caring the team are always asking how she's getting on and helping her from her wheelchair to the styling chair! When I arrived for my appointment I was confused if where to park. I called the consultant Saffa who directed me to where I need to park and came out to meet me by my car. Saffa explained the treatment with full experience and answered all questions with full knowledge. Overall Saffa was professional and really easy to talk to which made the consultation reassuring.

Best salon I have been to in a while! Having recently had a poor experience at a different salon, I wasn’t sure about getting my hair done again somewhere else, however I’m glad I ended up here. The staff were so lovely & did a great job with my hair. Angela was great from the offset with the consultation & communication that followed after to discuss the colour I wanted. Willow and Rowan were very thorough and precise with the work carried out and the care taken whilst doing my hair. My hair feels so soft & the head massage whilst having my hair washed was a bonus. Made an online booking with Rowen . This isn't the norm for me . Wasn't sure about it to be honest 😳 well let me say how wrong I was . Online booking was easy to use as I've never been before , so wasn't sure what to book in for . It was easy ✔️ by booking online meant the stylist wasn't off every 2 mins answering the phone , which meant the stylist could concentrate on what you was asking for ✔️ paid off for me , Rowen listened and delivered ✔️ great atmosphere ✔️ really friendly staff ✔️ one happy customer, so much so , I've booked to go back in 4 weeks .cheers Rowen 💋

Today was a consultation with Tracy for the eyeliner tattoo. Instantly Tracy was very welcoming and put me at ease when advising me of all the possible things that could go wrong, the procedure and what to do / not do following the treatment. I have booked!

Emma was so thorough in my first consultation with her. She really listened and understood what my problems are and what I’d like to achieve. Nothing was rushed and everything explained clearly. There was no pressure at all. Such a lovely person and beautiful relaxing treatment room.

Maria is fantastic, always friendly and cheerful. Gives great advice and reassurance. I Always come away feeling relaxed, refreshed with glowy skin.

I had a 'Let Coral decide' treatment as my skin has been misbehaving in pregnancy. Coral took the time to understand my concerns and came up with a plan that was safe for my hormonally-challenged skin. Throughout the multi-stage treatment (which included a cocoa face mask that smelt so delicious I wanted to eat it) we talked about different skincare ingredients and how they would benefit my skin. Coral was so knowledgeable and has given me plenty of things to consider to help tame my skin before my next treatment.
