Both myself and my daughter love this salon especially Chloe! I couldn’t recommend her enough. We both got exactly what we asked for. My daughter is 14 and they can really difficult to please, Chloe took her time and did what my daughter asked for asking her questions and making sure it was she was happy with the end result. Can’t wait for our next visit ❤️

I was so lost with my skin before Grace. I’m nearly 30 and have always struggled with breakouts and annoying little skin issues and not known how to resolve them. I previously had a skin advice consultation with Grace, which was SO valuable, and I knew then that I wanted to treat myself to Grace’s facials. And it absolutely is the best treat ever. A lovely experience every time - I come away glowing and feeling like I know more about my skin than ever. Every appointment with Grace is a treat (this was my third facial), and her beautiful dedicated skincare studio has elevated things to a new level. I had the Level 2 facial on this occasion and it was such a relaxing, indulgent experience. I always take before & after photos which speak for themselves but I also left feeling amazing! What sets Hands apart is the technical, expert nature of Grace’s treatments. As well as feeling pampered, the treatments and products used are really tailored for your skin type and improving your skin concerns. I couldn’t recommend Grace enough!

From the pre-appointment form where Grace even asks if you would like to chat or not, you can tell she pays attention to the smallest details. It was my first facial after a routine consultation with Grace a year ago (if you never had a routine consultation with her please book it NOW because it will change your life). I'm thrilled with the results and would recommend a visit. We did not do as much as we agreed at the consultation as was not needed.....that is how honest and good she is.

I recently visited this salon and I HIGHLY recommend it. I got my hair done and the stylist took the time to listen to my preferences and offered suggestions based on my hair type and face shape as well as taking the time to cut my hair precisely.
