Had a wash, cut and blow dry today with a conditioner treatment added :) Ellie is so polite and made me feel very comfortable. Explained everything she was doing and came across very professional. I enjoyed the massage chair when having my hair washed and my hair massage too. The whole salon is beautiful and I will deffo be coming back in future :) thank you again Ellie xx

Today I met Bethany for my first ever hair appointment with her, she took on board my idea, what I wanted an overall goal to be and worked her magic! I am over joyed with the result and Bethany, shall now be known as a Wizzard!!! Re booked and have to say I have never felt more welcomed, comfortable and at home in a salon setting. As a busy farmer, it's a rare treat to have my hair done, so thank you Wizzard!

During my Consultant appointment with Millie, she made me feel heard, and welcome. Today I had my hair done and from start to finish I felt welcome. Millie did such a good job and I am so happy with the result. The apprentices were also very friendly and even when all was quiet, made themselves busy and were very hard working! As someone with ADHD and who suffers socially I felt very comfortable and I am grateful. Can't wait for the next appointment!

Can highly recommend Helen I would not trust anyone else to cut and colour my hair, the new location is great and the welcome and treatments are always 100%. Although I live 250 miles away I still plan my 3 monthly visits to Lowestoft to coincide with my hair needs x

Always great to see Millie and always gives the best advice and I know I can leave it to her to do what’s best . Today I had a root retouch and a toner to tone down the blonde at the top that had lightened with the sun and blend in With the rest . Beautiful products , great drinks menu, lovely chats … it is the best place x thanks Millie x
