Had a wash, cut and blow dry today with a conditioner treatment added :) Ellie is so polite and made me feel very comfortable. Explained everything she was doing and came across very professional. I enjoyed the massage chair when having my hair washed and my hair massage too. The whole salon is beautiful and I will deffo be coming back in future :) thank you again Ellie xx

I had a wash,cut,blow dry with Michelle and honestly it’s one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. The style was exactly what I asked for. The consultation was detailed and not long winded. Asked me questions in a way I could understand and visualise on myself. Michelle was a very easy to talk too, also caring and insightful overall lovely lady. The salon was gorgeous and smelled incredible. Very happy with my experience thank you so much Michelle 😊

During my Consultant appointment with Millie, she made me feel heard, and welcome. Today I had my hair done and from start to finish I felt welcome. Millie did such a good job and I am so happy with the result. The apprentices were also very friendly and even when all was quiet, made themselves busy and were very hard working! As someone with ADHD and who suffers socially I felt very comfortable and I am grateful. Can't wait for the next appointment!
