During my Consultant appointment with Millie, she made me feel heard, and welcome. Today I had my hair done and from start to finish I felt welcome. Millie did such a good job and I am so happy with the result. The apprentices were also very friendly and even when all was quiet, made themselves busy and were very hard working! As someone with ADHD and who suffers socially I felt very comfortable and I am grateful. Can't wait for the next appointment!

Always great to see Millie and always gives the best advice and I know I can leave it to her to do what’s best . Today I had a root retouch and a toner to tone down the blonde at the top that had lightened with the sun and blend in With the rest . Beautiful products , great drinks menu, lovely chats … it is the best place x thanks Millie x

This is without doubt the best hair salon in lowestoft from the moment you walk in there is a pleasant friendly atmosphere ,the salon itself is absolutely spotless the decor is very soft and it has a pleasant welcoming ambience about the place ,always friendly pleasant staff asking about you and how your days been really making you feel like a valued customer hot drinks or cold are always offered as soon as you walk in all in all a pleasant professional friendly salon nothing is to much trouble whoever is your stylist they always make you feel like the most important person in the world

Leni was kind, complimentary, knowledgeable and professional. She talked me through everything she was doing and had just been on a curly hair training course a few days prior so she was giving me some great tips on how to maintain the curls. I was really pleased with the results so will definitely be going back.

Perfect appointment as ever, Leni suggested not to have the bleach today as I told her I was feeling too light. So a superb full head of foils pulling through my natural colour was perfect . Laura and all the team are my happy place … thanks again xx

Scarlettt did my curls for my wedding today , she did such an amazing job on them. I get so nervous letting anyone touch my hair. Hopefully she will be my new lady to go to for my hair in future :)
