I had THE best experience having my Hollywood wax with Kellyanne. It was my first time visiting a beauty therapist in Lowestoft, and I honestly couldn’t have felt more comfortable. Nerves eased 10000%. Kellyanne was so professional, welcoming and absolutely hilarious, which made the whole experience so much more relaxing. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in, and left with all aftercare and instructions needed. I would 100% recommend Kellyanne to anyone looking for a fantastic beauty therapist. Safe to say, she’s my beauty therapist for life now! ❤️

Had a Hollywood wax with Ellie. She is honestly so professional and made me feel so comfortable. I was really nervous but Ellie was very quick, reassured me whole appointment and made sure I was ok throughout. Had a lovely morning with Sapphire with relaxing pedicure, gel-nails, eyebrows wax and tint, lip-wax. Now all set and ready for my daughter’s wedding! Sapphire really creates a friendly, welcoming and calm environment. Highly recommend

What a fantastic experience I loved every minute of it . I had the Japanese head spa with the extra bonus of a leg and foot massage . Holly is professional at all times makes you feel really welcome and relaxed . . You get a fantastic facial and head scrub with the beautiful running water over your head and soothing music to put you into the zone . I’d have this every week if I could I’ll be putting it on every present list from now on thanks Holly just amazing

Kim is the most thorough beautician I have been to. An absolute perfectionist. Kim made me so welcome and continued to ask if I was comfortable throughout the treatments. Today I had microdermabration and dermaplaning. Can't wait to go back tomorrow to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted and lip waxed. A thoroughly lovely lady.
