I've had over five treatments at this clinic so far, and I've always had a great experience. The practitioner is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. She's great to talk to during appointments and is clearly very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. One thing I particularly appreciate is how approachable and responsive she is if I have any questions or concerns after a treatment. It's reassuring to know that support is available if needed. Ella's salon is bright, clean and welcoming. I've been going there for 8years now and wouldn't consider anywhere else - if she's fully booked I'll wait until she can fit me in. I've had micro-blading and lip-blush treatments which I've been really happy with, Ella is expert at both and includes the after treatments with printed instructions, so no forgetting what to do once you've left. I really couldn't recommend her highly enough - she's brilliant!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Skin Envy Laser and Aesthetics Ltd. I visited for laser treatments (arms, half legs, and Hollywood area). The atmosphere was warm and friendly. It made me feel comfortable, which is especially important for someone who has just begun their laser journey. I can compare this place with others, and I can confidently say that the laser used during the session is of very good quality as I noticed a significant difference in my hair growth. Very relaxing experience. Abbie was amazing! Very welcoming and warming touch to the room. The glow facial was recommended by Abbie due to an upcoming event that I have and I was not disappointed !! The staff is very friendly. The location is also great and the treatment procedures are explained in a very good way. Things are told in great depth. I am very embarrassed about my facial hair, but I feel confident now that I am getting treatment here. One thing I liked is that first a skin patch test is done and then the treatment is implemented.
