Amy also gave me advice on how to benefit from my treatment & some self care tips to enhance my experience. Andrius was really friendly and welcoming. He is clearly very experienced, was able to identify my issues easily and recommend exercises to help. I was nervous to have a sports massage as I’ve seen online that they can look pretty aggressive but my massage with Andrius was enjoyable and my shoulder feels better after just one visit. I’ve already booked in for my next one in a couple of weeks time.

Amy is the best at what she does, she relieved pain in my knee and the stress and tension from my neck. Amy makes you feel so at ease as well, I can't recommend her highly enough!

Absolutely amazing as always, had tight IT bands either side ,sorted, then much needed relax, just don't plan on doing anything more complex than tying your shocelaces afterwards, because you'll be completely zoned out !

I regularly book with Amy for hot stone treatments. Amy is amazing at what she does, always going above and beyond for you during your treatment. She concentrates on the areas where you have been experiencing the most pain/discomfort & will bring in other treatments such as ultra sound, dry needling and the latest addition to her skill set Lymphatic Drainage. On my last visit l had swelling around my elbow, Amy used her newly acquired knowledge of Lymphatic Drainage to work on my arm. By the following morning the swelling had totally gone. I can't recommend Amy highly enough she's the best ⭐️

Greeted by Rokus in the most beautiful premises! I was made to feel very comfortable! I had a deep Therapy massage, can’t put into words how amazing it was! I felt like a New woman walking out. I am in constant pain with fibromyalgia/spondilitus & sciatic nerve problems! So i will def be booking many more treatments going forward! I Highly reccomend Rokas.

I’ve been in pain and had limited movement of my shoulder for months, the difference in my comfort and range of movement after one visit today is insane. Cannot recommend Amy highly enough!

Rokas was lovely and i think i've just had the best deep tissue massage in years!! Very thorough and released so much tension/knotting. Highly recommend Ando Wellness to anyone dealing with tension/pain. Rokas also gave me some suggestions on exercises i can do to help my sciatica.

Another excellent session of physio, laser therapy and massage to try and sort my wonky, weak hips out that are causing me pain. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and feel like I will be fixed! Thank you!!
