Have been having pretty acute back pain and could barely walk when I arrived. I expected not to be able to cope but didn’t feel any ill effects, or pain, for a full 90 minutes while on the bed. Got up to walk and the pain was back, HOWEVER, did as Rico suggested, upped the fluids went to bed early and hey-presto I am a changed woman. Managed a full day of work the day after and 3000 steps, much better than the few hundred steps I’ve been ‘shuffling’ beforehand. Thank you Rico and see you next week!!

I felt very relaxed and comfortable with Jenny. I shared a lot during my first consultation and I felt safe and confident that she understood my needs and was honest about how she could support me. Had my mani and pedi done by Sisi and honestly couldn’t be happier! She was so lovely and welcoming, and made me feel really comfortable from the start. She took her time and paid so much attention to detail, and I absolutely love how they turned out. Will definitely be going back to Sisi again! 💕😍

I visited this fab little shop for acupuncture From the get go I knew I was in expert hands with Rachel. As someone who is trained in accupuncture I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge Rachel has. The treatment was amazing and I floated out of the treatment room! Definitely a great addition to our little community I am definitely going back! Don't hesitate if you are on the fence about acupuncture, it is a painless treatment with so many benefits....get booked in with Rachel!
