Did 30 minutes in the infrared sauna followed by 30 minutes in the float pod. Felt incredibly relaxed afterward and all my stress melted away. Highly recommend.

The floatation pod was so relaxing, I was unsure what to expect. Bryan put my mind at rest and gave a full explanation before use. I felt totally relaxed afterwards. The infrared sauna was different than a conventional sauna, as with the floatation pod the instructions were explained fully beforehand, I played my own playlist through the Bluetooth speakers. I enjoyed the sauna, the allocated 30 was enough for me. Altogether a great experience at a very reasonable price through Groupon.

I really enjoyed the infrared sauna and floatation pod. It was so relaxing. The young girl was lovely. I didn’t enjoy walking through the salon, in my swimsuit, from one room to another though. The sauna was at one end and the floatation room at the other

Really enjoyed my session, the infrared sauna was a great start setting me up nicely for the flotation pod which was a really unique experience leaving me feeling totally relaxed and de-stressed. Will definitely be booking again and recommending to friends and family. Thank you guys🙏🏻💫

Me and my mate Sharon Spent 30 min in the floatation therapy which was very relaxing and 30 min in infared sauna we both felt great after and Bryan was really helpfull would recommend it to all .my friends + family

Staff really friendly. The UV sauna was lvly. The float pool experience was soooooo relaxing but refreshing at same time. Feel like I’ve got loads of energy!!!

Amazing 😍 Brian is the perfect host very attentive to detail, extremely helpful and caring. We came with all the wrong equipment i.e swimsuit 😂 Brian sorted us out with dressing gowns, caps, shampoo, bottled water, very friendly 😁 and the venue was great we had our own rooms equipped with showers. As for the pod Wow well I was on another planet just floating thinking of nothing, it kinda just takes over your body and all you can do is relax it's amazing, infrared is just as good 💯 I felt fantastic wide awake and happy, will be going back soon thanks Brian ☺️

Just relaxing with a herbal tea after my fabulous treatments at Graceful Aura Wellness Clinic. Can’t recommend this place enough! Had a beautiful, relaxing full body Lymphatic Drainage massage from Caelie, followed by an infrared Sauna treatment. Having never been here before or had either of the treatments, the reminder message with full details of what to wear, how to enter the building, the complimentary drinks to help yourself to etc was a perfect extra touch that made the whole experience that little bit more perfect! Just looking at what I might book next. Thank you!

Had the most amazing massage with Caelie- she did a combination of lymphatic and regular massage as I couldn’t decide what I wanted and it was perfect! Caelie had a lovely way about her and really listened to what I needed. Great experience all round 😊

From the moment you enter the business you can tell you're innfor a great experience..it's so clean, fresh and very welcoming with relaxing music, water and sesting while you wait. My masseuse, Jade, is lovely, friendly.and incredibly knowledgeable. She instantly made me feel relaxed, asked about problem areas, pressure and heat for the hot stones. For over an hour I was in bliss.as she worked her magic and I lay there listening to relaxing music in a scented dimly lit room, by the end inwas asleep and didn't know what day it was when it was over. Cant wait for my next one.
