I had my brow and lash tint done by Ras, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, polite, and very precise in her work. Ras takes the time to make sure everything is perfect and won't let you leave until you're completely satisfied. The salon is also very cosy, clean, and has a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend Ras to anyone looking for excellent service and beautiful results! Thank you Ras!

I had my first ever lash lift with Natasha and honestly couldn't be happier! She was so lovely, talked me through everything, and made me feel really comfortable throughout. My lashes turned out even better than I expected and I'm obsessed with the results. Definitely recommend! 💕

Moved to Basingstoke last year and have struggled to find a salon that is both friendly and affordable, the girls at Lara’s are very welcoming, have now had a few different treatments (amazing massages) this is now my regular go to salon x

Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.

As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. Going to Gem, is just like having a catch up with a friend, with the added bonus of walking away with such detailed, delicate, beautiful nails! I walk in with a vision, and Gem turns it into a reality on my nails!! Highly recommend

Lily was amazing! This was my first ever lash lift and she has done such a beautiful job, my lashes look stunning! Lily herself was just so lovely and we had such great conversations. I can’t believe the value for money too - £48 for a lash lift and tint which can last 6-8 weeks?! In this day and age that is such a great price, knowing you don’t have to spend masses amounts of money to feel beautiful! 100% will definitely come again 😁❤️

Tash is so lovely!! The job she has done on my eyebrows is unbelievable 👏🏻👏🏻 She was very informative about what she was doing and why, even going through the aftercare in details made me feel very confident walking out that door. Denise was so good. She’s extremely knowledgeable and well versed in her craft. Her massage techniques to help relax as well as loosen tight muscles is commendable. She was professional and empathetic in understanding how much pressure I could take as a new client and adjusted accordingly! I just didn’t want the massage to end and I can’t wait to go back.
