I had a lash lift and tint and a brow tint today. Tasha really takes her time to get everything right, nothing is too much trouble. She is so friendly and easy to chat to and she really puts you at ease. Great results too! Thanks Tasha!

As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. Going to Gem, is just like having a catch up with a friend, with the added bonus of walking away with such detailed, delicate, beautiful nails! I had my first ever lash lift with Natasha and honestly couldn't be happier! She was so lovely, talked me through everything, and made me feel really comfortable throughout. My lashes turned out even better than I expected and I'm obsessed with the results. Definitely recommend! 💕

My eyebrows looked absolutely AMAZING when Sharon did them! Honestly couldn’t have asked for better, I was a little nervous as I haven’t had great experiences with previous brow techs, but Sharon made me feel comfortable and confident with what I was having done. 10/10 would recommend, definitely coming again!

I get my nails done with Maria and they are always great! Today I had a lash lift too and I’m so pleased I did. They have made my eyes look more awake and brighter. Maria is amazing at what she does!

Tash is so lovely!! The job she has done on my eyebrows is unbelievable 👏🏻👏🏻 She was very informative about what she was doing and why, even going through the aftercare in details made me feel very confident walking out that door. Sharon is so talented and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She’s also a lovely person who makes you feel so comfortable. I always look forward to getting my brows done and receive lots of compliments afterwards on them.
