Another incredible treatment with Lucy, I have been having regular facials for the last few years and my skin is just getting better and better. I would never have the confidence to be seen without a full face of makeup a few years ago, but my skin is so much clearer and brighter now. Her new treatment room is a tranquil escape and created such a relaxing atmosphere. Im already looking forward to my next appointment ✨

Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.

Firsr time attending a session with Selina. I felt very welcomed on arrival an was given a good briefing to the treatment I was having. The treatmemt was fantastic amd very relaxing. Planning to make it a regular commitment.

Lucy is just the loveliest person. I’ve put off seeing anyone for my skin for YEARS and felt so nervous about being makeup-less for my appointment but I cannot recommend Lucy enough. She put me at ease straight away and the facial was so relaxing. Thank you so so much ✨

As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. Going to Gem, is just like having a catch up with a friend, with the added bonus of walking away with such detailed, delicate, beautiful nails! I’ve been going to Selina for the last year and for the last few months I’ve been having micro needling and my skin has never looked so good in fact it’s so good I’ve stopped wearing makeup. I love the fact that you can purchase the products that Selina uses and the advice she gives is so honest. Selina has a real passion for her profession. I love my me time with Selina.

Lily was amazing! This was my first ever lash lift and she has done such a beautiful job, my lashes look stunning! Lily herself was just so lovely and we had such great conversations. I can’t believe the value for money too - £48 for a lash lift and tint which can last 6-8 weeks?! In this day and age that is such a great price, knowing you don’t have to spend masses amounts of money to feel beautiful! 100% will definitely come again 😁❤️

10/10 experience! I had my first microneedling appointment this week and I can honestly say it felt like an electric toothbrush gently moving over my skin. I was unsure what to expect, but Lucy talked me through the process as it was happening, which I really appreciated. She always makes me feel at ease and relaxed when I visit. I have been coming to Lucy for over a year now and would trust no one else when it comes to my skincare.
