I had my brow and lash tint done by Ras, and I couldn't be happier with the results. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, polite, and very precise in her work. Ras takes the time to make sure everything is perfect and won't let you leave until you're completely satisfied. The salon is also very cosy, clean, and has a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend Ras to anyone looking for excellent service and beautiful results! Thank you Ras!

As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. Going to Gem, is just like having a catch up with a friend, with the added bonus of walking away with such detailed, delicate, beautiful nails! I had my first ever lash lift with Natasha and honestly couldn't be happier! She was so lovely, talked me through everything, and made me feel really comfortable throughout. My lashes turned out even better than I expected and I'm obsessed with the results. Definitely recommend! 💕

My eyebrows looked absolutely AMAZING when Sharon did them! Honestly couldn’t have asked for better, I was a little nervous as I haven’t had great experiences with previous brow techs, but Sharon made me feel comfortable and confident with what I was having done. 10/10 would recommend, definitely coming again!

I get my nails done with Maria and they are always great! Today I had a lash lift too and I’m so pleased I did. They have made my eyes look more awake and brighter. Maria is amazing at what she does!

I’ve got going to Mel for a couple of years and have always left very happy with my lashes. Mel is one of the nicest, kindest person you will meet and at times have gone out of her way to accommodate or reschedule my appointment at short notice. Tash is so lovely!! The job she has done on my eyebrows is unbelievable 👏🏻👏🏻 She was very informative about what she was doing and why, even going through the aftercare in details made me feel very confident walking out that door. I had my eyelashes and eyebrows done by Phillippa, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It looks so natural, exactly what I wanted. I’ve had so many compliments, people can tell something’s different, but they can’t quite figure out what… which says it all! She has amazing attention to detail and really knows how to create a subtle, polished look. I’ve already recommended her to friends, and they’re now going to her as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a natural finish!

Sharon is so talented and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She’s also a lovely person who makes you feel so comfortable. I always look forward to getting my brows done and receive lots of compliments afterwards on them.
