Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor! My mum also had a massage after with Sophie which was wonderful, she felt so comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend wellnest to everyone for either yoga classes or massages!

I had a great experience today. Welcoming staff, lovely place and facilities but most importantly the massage was one of the best I've had and I know I am picky being a trained masseuse too! Tetiana was incredibly professional, the whole experience was so relaxing and I'll definitely be back. The only 'issue'was the music kept cutting off during the treatment which is a shame but otherwise I cannot fault my experience at Dragonfly Spa today.

I had the most amazing full body massage with Paula and I honestly can’t recommend her enough 🤍 I’ve recently given birth, so I was a bit nervous about how my body would feel, but she was so gentle, understanding and professional from start to finish. She really took the time to check what I was comfortable with and adapted everything to suit me. The pressure was perfect, relaxing but still effective, and she focused on all the areas that have been under strain since pregnancy and carrying newborns, especially my back and shoulders. I left feeling so much lighter, relaxed.

Liv always makes me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to talk through my skin concerns, explained what products she was using, and tailored the treatment specifically to my skin type. It felt really personalised rather than a “one size fits all” facial. The treatment itself was so soothing gentle cleansing, exfoliation, extractions done carefully. I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. Andreia was so friendly, welcoming and attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. She really listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything, including an aftercare plan tailored to my skin. The facial itself was so relaxing, and I felt really well looked after. I’m so happy with the results my skin looked incredibly clean, fresh and glowing afterwards. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her clients.

Tetiana was lovely and calming and I had the best experience the massage was so relaxing but also I felt she really worked hard on alot of areas that needed more attention. I also had a head neck and scalp massage which was fabulous. I honestly felt great when I left and definitely recommend Tetiana.. I will be back!

Sophie was incredibly welcoming and has a warm, gentle energy which makes you feel instantly calm and comfortable. The massage and supported yoga was very relaxing, but I could feel it working in the areas I had tightness/aches. I can already feel the difference!

Perfect lymphatic massage so professional, gentle, and incredibly effective. Helped so much with swelling, fluid retention, and post-surgery healing. My body feels lighter and smoother. Beautiful clean space, lovely calming atmosphere, and such a skilled therapist.

This was my second facial today with Olivia, and she really made the whole experience feel easy and comforting. She has this calm, steady way of working that helped me relax right from the start. She explained what she was doing throughout each step and it enough to make me feel cared for. By the end, my face felt clean, soft, and refreshed, but what stood out most was her presence: warm, patient, and genuinely kind. I left feeling lighter, thanks to both the facial and the way she carried the space. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my skin!

I suffer from neck and shoulder pain, and Iqra gave me an excellent massage. I felt deeply relaxed, and my neck and shoulder pain was significantly reduced. Because of this, I slept really well, and the next day I felt much more relaxed too.
