Sophie was incredibly welcoming and has a warm, gentle energy which makes you feel instantly calm and comfortable. The massage and supported yoga was very relaxing, but I could feel it working in the areas I had tightness/aches. I can already feel the difference!

Sophie’s aryuvedic massage was incredible, so relaxing but also felt like she was working into my hips (where I have tightness). Would highly recommend and definitely come again!😊

It was my first time experiencing the skin club today, Olivia was so lovely & welcoming from my the get go. She made me feel so comfortable in every stage. Educated me in every step. Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor! My mum also had a massage after with Sophie which was wonderful, she felt so comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend wellnest to everyone for either yoga classes or massages!

Liv always makes me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to talk through my skin concerns, explained what products she was using, and tailored the treatment specifically to my skin type. It felt really personalised rather than a “one size fits all” facial. The treatment itself was so soothing gentle cleansing, exfoliation, extractions done carefully. My skin felt deeply cleansed, hydrated, and glowing straight afterwards. Even days later, I’ve noticed my complexion looks brighter and smoother. Best spot in town, I have had a full round of lymphatic drainage massage and on my second round. When I started in the new year 3 weeks post tummy tuck I was swollen, had loads of hardness under my skin and I was so irregular. After only a handful of massages I started to look and feel amazing. Can’t fault Paula and she’s been a wealth of information as well.

I enjoy Sophie’s massages so much not only cause she has the best hands, but cause she knows how to create the best vibe for a deeply relaxing massage. She has super strong hands and knows well when to apply the right amount of pressure. I always leave the room floating for the rest of the day and grateful that I booked :)

This was my second facial today with Olivia, and she really made the whole experience feel easy and comforting. She has this calm, steady way of working that helped me relax right from the start. She explained what she was doing throughout each step and it enough to make me feel cared for. By the end, my face felt clean, soft, and refreshed, but what stood out most was her presence: warm, patient, and genuinely kind. I left feeling lighter, thanks to both the facial and the way she carried the space. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my skin!

I had the most amazing full body massage with Paula and I honestly can’t recommend her enough 🤍 I’ve recently given birth, so I was a bit nervous about how my body would feel, but she was so gentle, understanding and professional from start to finish. She really took the time to check what I was comfortable with and adapted everything to suit me. The pressure was perfect, relaxing but still effective, and she focused on all the areas that have been under strain since pregnancy and carrying newborns, especially my back and shoulders. I left feeling so much lighter, relaxed.
