Returned to the spa after 3 months but this time to treat myself to a facial. I had a facial before a few years back but nothing of this level. The whole process was explained by the therapist before the treatment and during the treatment, mentioned what she was going to do before doing it. Many times she asked if I was comfortable…it was so relaxing, I must have dozed off a few times haha. This was an amazing experience.

From the moment I arrived, the Jo was lovely and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything that was going to happen during the session, which I really appreciated. The space itself was very relaxing - the perfect atmosphere to unwind. What truly stood out were all the extra touches she incorporated throughout the massage that enhanced the relaxation experience. She found all the spots that were causing me pain. By the end of the session, I felt significant relief from the discomfort I'd been experiencing.

I had a wonderful experience! The facilities were excellent. The spa was well decorated, clean, calm and modern. The staff were polite, friendly and professional. I enjoyed my floatation experience, it was so relaxing! The little touches like toiletries and tea after your treatment really added to the experience and made it feel luxurious. I had an amazing mama to be ritual. Jo was so welcoming and the space is luxurious. I was comfy throughout and the heated water pillow and adjustable bed to ensure everything is just right for you really sets this massage apart. 100% recommend!

I booked a luxury facial along with my Mum as a treat. The team at Dragonfly were able to accommodate our appointments together and we were able to have our treatments in the same room at the same time with two therapists. The facial itself was so relaxing, and the products used tailored to our individual skin concerns. We both felt relaxed yet rejuvenated after our treatments and felt fully welcomed into the spa. I cannot recommend the setting, the team or the treatments strongly enough. Great for individuals, couples or similar and worth the money for a special treat.

This time I had the Deep sleep spa ritual- such a head to toe treat! Jo spent 2 hours helping my whole body relax, drift off, release tension and embrace the array of gorgeous aromatherapy scents. Such care and kindness goes into every treatment, but there’s something extra about this one that is the perfect way to treat your mind and body. Thank you as always Jo 😘

I have just had the ‘back to basics’ massage with Jo & I already can’t wait for my next treatment! From the second I walked in I felt relaxed, before the massage even begun. I appreciated that Jo explained how the treatment would go and what to expect. I usually really struggle to switch off during treatments however with the gorgeous spa music playing and the cosy lighting I could’ve easily fallen asleep! Thank you for the best Friday morning I’ve had in a long time. X

The lay out was very relaxing abd the floating tanks where much bugger than I expected which was great for me doing dome stretches while floating befor going into a floating world of my own. You get provided with everything you need so no need to bring snything which is ideal. The lovely lady Kristin explained very well what to expect and provide useful information. You also gets some water to keep you hydrated which is good too.its my second time at this spar and all the staff seem very friendly and welcoming.
