Sophie was incredibly welcoming and has a warm, gentle energy which makes you feel instantly calm and comfortable. The massage and supported yoga was very relaxing, but I could feel it working in the areas I had tightness/aches. I can already feel the difference!

Absolutely amazing service! I was made to feel welcome and relaxed from the moment I stepped in. I booked indian head massage and I loved it!!! I felt so relaxed I'm sure I've drifted away at some point! So relaxing but just right amount of pressure applied to release stiff muscles! Recommend this place to anyone!! and will be back to try other treatments! Thank you x

Unbelievable service and can’t recommend enough. I was admittedly nervous as I’ve never done any colours or even shaped my hair before getting a balayage & hair cut. Charley knew this and made sure that I was comfortable, and used her expertise and experience within hair to not only make me feel at ease, but also took great care with my hair. I am so so so happy and absolutely adore my new hair style! Thank you so much Charley once again.

Literally haven’t felt that relaxed since I was in my mothers womb🤣 was absolutely beautiful, I felt amazing and nearly was asleep which isn’t like me, sorted all of my problems out with regards to my back and shoulders and it was literally felt like I hit a new spiritual experience with how good it was. Amazing experience. The treatments were extremely relaxing and much needed. Iqra was very professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. She explained each step which was reassuring and professional. Worth the 50 minute trip each way!

Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor! My mum also had a massage after with Sophie which was wonderful, she felt so comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend wellnest to everyone for either yoga classes or massages!

I enjoy Sophie’s massages so much not only cause she has the best hands, but cause she knows how to create the best vibe for a deeply relaxing massage. She has super strong hands and knows well when to apply the right amount of pressure. I always leave the room floating for the rest of the day and grateful that I booked :)
