A wonderful relaxing and sensory experience. My scalp and hair feel/ smell great. Would highly recommend this experience and Katia. She made me feel very relaxed and makes all her own natural products.

Lovely buffet breakfast first then a relaxing couple of hours inside and out at their spa. Totally relaxed now.

Worth the price. Very affordable for solo travelers like myself who love the Isle of Wight and were looking for an affordable spa. I know that this is a hidden gem, but I have to tell all my friends about this spa. I know there were predominantly couples, but I'm ok with that, haha. I had a wonderful time and the staff were lovely, especially that bubbly lady at the desk. When I'm coming back to the Isle of Wight, I'll definitely book this spa as a mini treat. :) I felt so happy that I spent my time at this spa, it was relaxing. I'd just mention, could the steam room be more steamy? 100%."

This was my first experience of having any treatments and Katia put me at ease straight away. I thoroughly enjoyed the Poisden Head Spa and left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. The treatment was calming, professional and such a lovely experience from start to finish. The only question I’ve been left with is… when should I book again?

Had a lovely day at the spa, staff were very friendly & our sharing platter was really tasty only downside was our cocktails were in a plastic cup which personally I don’t think tasted the same as if it was in a sturdier cup. But had an enjoyable day. Spa was very clean & loved the outside jacuzzi.

Lovely relaxing time, shame the outside bar didnt open till 12 which meant we didnt get to have a drink or listen to music during our visit. Everything was super clean and plenty of space to sit! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit
