I always love visiting the Greenhouse Spa Retreat and this time was no exception. The garden was gorgeous, the pedicure has made my toes look fabulous for the summer and Victoria weaved her magic making me feel calm, relaxed and empowered all at once, as she does! I thoroughly recommend any treatments here by Victoria or Dan and it was a pleasure to bring 4 friends along this time who all absolutely loved their massages too. Thank you - we will all be back again very soon. 😊

I attended my first ever session of TRE at Greenhouse Spa today . A totally new experience for me, but our instructor Victoria pitched the level perfectly. We were a group of 8 where only 2 of us had done TRE before. I felt well guided and well supported in a safe comfortable environment. I finished the session feeling less stressed than when I arrived and feeling I'd had a very good positive therapeutic experience. Thank you Victoria.

Although we arrived at Greenhouse Spa later than anticipated, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that any sense of rushing or stress quickly disappeared. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere felt calm, gentle, and reassuring. The staff greeted us in a way that immediately put us at ease, and that thoughtful first impression set the tone for the rest of our visit. It was clear straight away that this was a place where people are genuinely cared for, not just treated as appointments on a schedule. Our therapists were absolutely wonderful.

I spent a lovely couple of hours at the Greenhouse Spa. Victoria was so welcoming and gave me an amazing facial. It soothed the stresses I didnt know I had! Following that I toured the garden, which is a real gem. Such a beautiful place and setting. Thank you so much.

What an experience! I loved the peaceful location, tucked away in a beautiful garden. Dan explained exactly what to expect beforehand, which felt thoughtful, trauma-informed and never assumed prior massage experience. The massage was excellent—just the right pressure and tailored to my needs. He communicated clearly throughout, making me feel comfortable to speak up at any point. The aftercare advice was brilliant too, specific to my body and really helpful. Highly recommend!

An amazing experience from start to finish. The TRE Sunday session was such an interesting and informative time with exercises that helped release tension, stress and trauma. I left feeling light, happy and hopeful. Ill be returning for many more sessions!

Victoria is amazing and so knowledgeable. She makes you feel welcome and at ease immediately, explains things clearly and ensures everyone is safe and comfortable (group session) I would highly recommend TRE sessions with Victoria and the venue is absolutely beautiful

Victoria is amazing. I was booked for eyebrow wax but was suffering with a migraine. Victoria adjusted my appointment so that she could assist with the tension I was holding in my neck / jaw and scalp. Not only that she gave me advice on how to stretch once i got home. Her knowledge, care and professionalism are second to none. (Oh and I did get my eyebrows done too). Thankyou so much x
