Amazing and very professional service with Olena. From the moment I came in, she made me feel welcome and very special. Her soft demeanour in how she spoke, explained the process to me and throughout the service did keep the flow based on how my interest. My 1st time here and now my favourite nail SPA in Birmingham and certainly will be my resident nail Spa. Love how my Japanese treatment turned out. Love my nails and now to a healthy journey.

I visited Dear Nail for the first time and had BIAB on my hands and a spa pedicure with gel. The salon was clean, modern, and very inviting. Kelly was fantastic—she took her time shaping my nails and gave special attention to my cuticles, which made a big difference. The pedicure was just as relaxing and thorough. I absolutely love how my nails turned out—they look beautiful and feel so well cared for. It was a lovely experience overall, and I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service and gorgeous nails!

Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

Friendly atmosphere, fabulous nail art deaigns from all staff. Salon Will always try to accommodate. Ive been attending this salon and their previous one for years. Even though ive moved out the area to the other side of Birmingham I still make time in my schedule to attend an appointment as finding a good nail technician is priceless. 🖤💅

Lydia is exceptional and has been my go-to nail technician since moving to Birmingham. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my nails or my daughter's. I highly recommend her.

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. As a lifetime nail-biter, I didnt think it would ever be possible to have beautiful nails! Thanks to my best friend Lena and the amazing talents and patience of Charlie; within just 6 weeks I went from chewed, bleeding, exposed nail beds, to a full set of natural nails! Long enough to actually have some tips to add length and a beautiful French manicure. I am absolutely over the moon with how great my hands look. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I had the Ultimate Nail Package – Full Gel Manicure & Gel Pedicure, including the hand massage, foot bath, and scrub, and it was absolutely amazing! Sharaine did an incredible job — she was professional, attentive, and made the whole experience so relaxing. My nails look flawless, and the extra pampering truly made it feel like a luxury treatment. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the overall service. I’m a nail biter, so I’ve always been unsure about extensions. I’ve never liked ones that looked too thick or artificial, but I didn’t want short nails for my wedding so I decided to give them a try. I was nervous going in, but Renae made me feel comfortable and helped me choose a shape and length that felt like me rather than just “wedding nails”. They looked so elegant with my dress and jewellery, lasted beautifully through the celebrations, and I had so many compliments. I honestly didn’t expect to love extensions as much as I did and I’ll definitely be back.

Vicky is a brilliant nail technician, I had extensions done almost 3 weeks ago for my holiday and they still looked amazing at the end. She removed them for me and gave me a lovely manicure as my own nails had grown so well. Vicky is easy to talk to and knows her trade really well. I would not hesitate to recommend her - you won’t be disappointed!
