Amazing and very professional service with Olena. From the moment I came in, she made me feel welcome and very special. Her soft demeanour in how she spoke, explained the process to me and throughout the service did keep the flow based on how my interest. My 1st time here and now my favourite nail SPA in Birmingham and certainly will be my resident nail Spa. Love how my Japanese treatment turned out. Love my nails and now to a healthy journey.

I visited Dear Nail for the first time and had BIAB on my hands and a spa pedicure with gel. The salon was clean, modern, and very inviting. Kelly was fantastic—she took her time shaping my nails and gave special attention to my cuticles, which made a big difference. The pedicure was just as relaxing and thorough. I absolutely love how my nails turned out—they look beautiful and feel so well cared for. It was a lovely experience overall, and I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service and gorgeous nails!

Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Shona is an absolutely insane nail tech. Her attention to detail and attitude to work is something that is very hard to find when it comes to getting nails done. There has never been a set of nails where I have felt as though there not what I wanted. I leave the salon happy and staring at my nails all day long excited to come back. She is such a kind approachable warm soul which makes the experience even better than it already is. I get so excited when receiving compliments on my nails and am so excited to help promote her work. So glad I found Shona 🫶🏾🫶🏾

I met Arvi when she did my nails a few weeks ago when I was visiting the UK. She is outstanding - not only as a nail tech, but also as a human being. I hope everyone visits Tandis and supports this business. I cannot recommend highly enough. Vicky is a brilliant nail technician, I had extensions done almost 3 weeks ago for my holiday and they still looked amazing at the end. She removed them for me and gave me a lovely manicure as my own nails had grown so well. Vicky is easy to talk to and knows her trade really well. I would not hesitate to recommend her - you won’t be disappointed!

Ellen is not only a lovely person but extremely talented and knowledgeable. These kind of advanced nail technicians are very rare and hard to find. Her Experience, attention to detail and the caring for your natural nails is why I highly recommend Ellen’s Nail Studio. If you looking for a high end service at a reasonable price then this is your place. I received a BIAB manicure and a luxury pedicure which were both the best I have ever had. I will definately return.

Excellent .. never disappointed but having experienced damage to nails due to work issues thought I would have to reduce nail size and start again .. but no .. professional treatment and guidance retained and improved position to the extent damage was invisible and nail length secured

I was recommended Simona by my beauty therapist and it was my first visit today. Simona is precise and conscientious and it pays off as her work is absolutely amazing. The nail art she produced is outstanding and more importantly, the quality of my nails are perfect. She takes pride in her work and it shows. She made me feel comfortable and welcome and didn't rush me or get fed up with me not being able to make decisions. Genuinely the best nail experience I've had.

I had my manicure and pedicure done by Nicole and she was amazing! She paid so much attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect. She was gentle, professional, and really took her time to make my nails look beautiful. The whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. First for a Japanese manicure, nails looking clean and polished using natural ingredients. The beeswax and oil hand massage was very soothing. The salon is like no other salon, very elegant and relaxing. Thank you ladies next one is the pedicure 😉
