This lady goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction, I had a lovely foot spa to begin and followed by a back , shoulder and leg massage,which was the best I've ever had , and even the bed was heated, there was no rush at all , and she really enjoys her work so much it's lovely to see , definitely a real gem of Norwich,and couldn't recommend her enough.

I went yesterday for a head massage & today for a full body massage & both experiences were absolutely wonderful. She did an incredible job of being very attentive to each part of my body, applying the perfect amount of pressure, just overall being lovely - and honestly I feel incredible. I’m unfortunately leaving Norwich in the next month or so but I intend to come back as often as I can afford to before then! I can’t recommend enough 😊 (also both times had a really warm greeting from the receptionist which I think speaks a lot about a business!)

I highly recommend Rhi. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, caring, and professional, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of my treatment was her homemade foot scrub. It felt and smelt amazing, left my feet feeling refreshed and soft. During the massage, she paid special attention to my disc bulge and hip pain, tailoring the treatment to my specific needs. Her knowledge, skill, and attention to detail were evident throughout the session. I had a wonderful experience. Bernadette is such a lovely person who genuinely cares about her clients and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you arrive. Her massage was amazing – I felt like jelly afterwards, totally relaxed and stress-free. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and really takes the time to make sure you're looked after. Absolutely wonderful and I felt so welcomed and looked after. I was really stressed beforehand and having a lot of neck pain but the treatment was so good. I’m going to book gift cards for other relatives too as I know they’ll find it equally relaxing. A huge thank you, I feel so relaxed now!

Never had a massage before, but wanted to book in and have one as it was the day before my wedding. Had a full body massage and it was so relaxing, the massage was amazing didn’t want it to end ! Felt very relaxed and will definitely be going back again for another one.
