One of the BEST deep tissue massages in Norwich (and I’ve had so many)! Amelia is attentive and present throughout her treatments and the pressure she applies is literally perfect. I have extreme tension, knots and stress that gets built up and quite stagnant in my muscles and joints due to being a therapist myself and also on my feet all the time. I left the treatment floating away - I felt like a new woman! I must also add that Amelia’s massage table/bed is INCREDIBLE! I was comfy from the get go. Would highly recommend and will be returning again. Thanks Amelia - you saved me today!

Absolutely lovely to meet Phoebe today and see her lovely business. Such a good back massage and facial tension massage. Wonderful massage by a kind and.considerate lady. I can't lie, I had the therapeutic massage and I expected it to be a bit sore. I was far more tense, tight and twisted than realised so it hurt a lot at times. At the end I was much looser, straighter and generally felt so so much better even though the stretches were challenging at times. I will be going again and hopefully after a few treatments I will be fixed and maintenance massages will be more relaxing than therapeutic. Thank you so much.
