One of the BEST deep tissue massages in Norwich (and I’ve had so many)! Amelia is attentive and present throughout her treatments and the pressure she applies is literally perfect. I have extreme tension, knots and stress that gets built up and quite stagnant in my muscles and joints due to being a therapist myself and also on my feet all the time. I left the treatment floating away - I felt like a new woman! I must also add that Amelia’s massage table/bed is INCREDIBLE! I was comfy from the get go. Would highly recommend and will be returning again. Thanks Amelia - you saved me today!

Absolutely lovely to meet Phoebe today and see her lovely business. Such a good back massage and facial tension massage. I really feel like it's relieved a lot of tension and pressure that I was carrying. I felt totally relaxed and Phoebe was lovely and talked through everything. Went with my daughter today for her birthday.. we both had a 90 minute full body massage and I didn’t want to leave 😊 very professional.. relaxed wonderful massage experience I’ve ever experienced.. I was so comfortable with Trish, conversation flowed, the massage was extremely relaxing whilst working out some kinks. Trish was always checking that the pressure was ok and made me feel extremely relaxed. Will definitely book again and highly recommend.

I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. I’ve been to Chantara several times now, and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had! I tend to carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and back, and every time I go, she manages to find and get rid of all the knots and some of them I didn’t even know I had! She’s incredibly skilled, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making you feel better. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I always leave feeling like lighter. If you’re looking for an effective massage in Norwich, I'd recommend having it at Chantara!

This lady goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction, I had a lovely foot spa to begin and followed by a back , shoulder and leg massage,which was the best I've ever had , and even the bed was heated, there was no rush at all , and she really enjoys her work so much it's lovely to see , definitely a real gem of Norwich,and couldn't recommend her enough.

I had a wonderful experience. Bernadette is such a lovely person who genuinely cares about her clients and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you arrive. Her massage was amazing – I felt like jelly afterwards, totally relaxed and stress-free. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and really takes the time to make sure you're looked after. Such a lovely atmosphere here. B gave me a 1.5 hour massage which was amazing - good pressure getting into tight areas but also relaxing. Came away feeling lighter and taller and very relaxed ! Will definitely visit again

Had a lovely, much needed Thai combination massage after running a half marathon. I felt the tension in my shoulder and back released. The combination of the deep pressure and stretching was really good in targeting my muscle knots. Felt so good and relaxed afterwards. Worth the money and one of the best massages I've ever had. The tea and biscuits after was really lovely as well. Will definitely come back again!

The 2 hour Japanese head spa is an absolutely amazing relaxing treatment. Me + my sister in law thoroughly enjoyed it. The 2 ladies were very friendly & made us feel comfortable instantly. Highly recommend Regen Clinic Norwich & will return hopefully soon. Thanks again.

I highly recommend Rhi. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, caring, and professional, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of my treatment was her homemade foot scrub. It felt and smelt amazing, left my feet feeling refreshed and soft. During the massage, she paid special attention to my disc bulge and hip pain, tailoring the treatment to my specific needs.
