What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I will certainly be going back to them for any of my future needs. Thank you ladies.

Great sports massages, and a great woman. If your an athlete/workout a lot, make sure to get a sports massage. Had a back problem from an accident, and was given a massage with acupuncture. Pain and stiffness was gone within a couple days. All massages I’ve had here have made me better and ready to go. 110% would recommend

Michael has been excellent over the last ten weeks providing excellent massages in preparation for London Marathon, has sorted out any niggles or pain very quickly. Highly recommended and will use him for many years to come, a 10/10 service.

I can only commend Taja for her excellent work. Taja took her time to understand and assess my muscle related problem, recommended best treatment and straight hands on to deal with my issue. Today I had both sports massage and acupuncture, combination of both dealt effectively with my problem. Taja is very experienced, delivered treatment in a very professional way. Definitely felt looked after and as soon my session was over I could feel the difference. Highly recommended

I was able to book a same day appointment which was ideal. Lovely atmosphere and close to home. My therapist was very skilled. Unfortunately, I have years of tension in my back, neck and shoulders.. so I felt every single knot being massaged out. A little sore now but it's to be expected. I will definitely visit again in the future.

I took my 9 year old son for a sports massage as he has been complaining of pain in his knees for some time. MahTaj was attentive and made my son feel at ease, making it a very relaxing 1st experience. Afterwards my son said he knees/legs feel BRAND NEW!!! Amazing back and shoulders massage. It was my second time and as the first time, i was received with a friendly and professional manner. And for the massage, all i can say its wooww i felt so much lighter, lots of release from so much acumulated stress and tension. After the session straight away i knew this was something i will need on a regular basis (like once a month). It made me feel like a diference person, the terapist used amazing techniques to release so much blocked tension.. thank you so much. I recommend to anyone and will surely recommend to family and friends.
