As soon as I walked in the staff greeted me, took my bags and coat and made me feel welcome. Then I went straight to my treatment with Andrew. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The sports massage was great, he always checked that the pressure was okay and I feel like he really took notice of my needs and did a good assesment of what was wrong. Some bits were painful (in a good way) and yet somehow the whole experience was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

This Sunday I visited Dragonfly Skin spa for a floatation and a sports massage. Can't recommend them enough. From First moment you walk in, you feel very relaxed and looked after. Definitely will visit again!!!

I booked the 60 min float & Swedish massage to help with some aches and tension and to relax on a week off work. The float experience was great, I chose to keep the light on inside which was still low, gentle lighting. It was so relaxing, and felt fantastic to just float, take the weight off and not have any of my body resting against anything but water and be “forced” to relax, distraction free. The massage was absolutely fantastic. Nerissa was brilliant, adapting to what my body needed. I think I’ll finally sleep without shoulder pain tonight. I’ll definitely be back soon.

“I had a deep tissue massage with Giuliano to help with severe back spasms, and it made a real difference. He worked with firm pressure, especially on my right side, where there was a lot of tension. The glute work was intense but incredibly effective. It was challenging at times, but I felt so much better afterward. A really professional and well-executed treatment—I’d definitely recommend Giuliano to anyone needing proper muscle release and relief.

I have already left a positive review on TripAdvisor as u wanted but normally I leave reviews on fresha so my 1st ever visit here was superb it went to plan I enjoyed my Indian head massage wiv Abi very much most importantly left Spa feeling great wat I wanted & exactly wat i achieved shud hav perhaps booked an earlier appointment jus because in the spontaneous moment I was liking indian head massage that much fancied a Swedish massage but my appointment was 540pm & they close 630pm.I will jus book again next time for that whenever I require a treat and want my mood lifting

Been here a few times. Service is consistently great, all staff make you feel at ease. Receptionist lady is very helpful and careful about my request. Massage lady Irina is very professional too. Setting is so soothing and clean, I’ve had some great time here. Highly recommended!

Leah is the best nail tech I have ever been to, she does the best treatments. I always leave feeling amazing! Her new apprentice Lily is proving to be a great asset to solace beauty, and gives the best pedicures and foot massage. Would highly recommend xx

Pat was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why which filled me with confidence as this was the first sports massage I’d tried. Even after a short time, the pain in my left hamstring has eased and Pat was good enough to suggest some exercises that would help with my recovery. The ease and convenience that Pat came to me at a time that suited me made the whole experience hassle free too. Definitely recommend and will definitely use again in the future. Thanks Pat!

As always, Patrick gave a great massage to my needs. I can only recommend him, he has great knowledge of all muscles and tendons, and is great and in loosening up any tension you might have.

Giuliano was brilliant and very knowledgeable. I do a lot of fitness that I rely on my upper body muscles and i’ve been noticing tightness in my shoulders and upper back. It was quite painful but I knew that was expected as the knots needed to be massaged out. Will definitely be back again! Thanks so much.
