She made sure to let her know if there was anything we didn’t like because she could always erase it to cater to our likings but we completely trusted Fufi and it paid off. At my first appointment, Kathy impressed me with her knowledge and communication as she assessed my lashes and explained her recommendation. We chose the douyin style—pretty, youthful, and natural. I was nervous it might look “too natural,” but after a few days (and many compliments), I fell in love. No more caterpillar lashes—just my beautifully framed eyes ❤️.

I really like my new set of lashes. Zero issues! Alisha is thorough, explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. You can tell she cares about you being informed. She’s down to earth and takes pride in what she’s doing. She isn’t just trying to sell you on unnecessary stuff. She’s real and I appreciated that a lot.

Kathy is very accomodating for the style I wanted my lash to be. Very natural looking and the lashes are so light as well. Whole experience was so comfortable that I fell asleep! She's so great and will probably be my go-to from now on.

This was my first experience getting lash extensions. I had a wonderful time and the owner was very kind, had patience with me being a newbie and let me adjust myself when I needed to stretch lol. The lashes came out fabulous, exactly what I wanted. Classic lashes but with some fluffyness added. If I ever need lashes again I will definitely rebook with Lilah Studio.

Josie was lovely. I appreciated her asking for my input and together we created a look. We talked quite a bit about using lashes and the extra cost - no problem. However, 30 mins after the appointment the right lash started lifting near the inner eye. 6hrs after appointment the left lash started lifting at the outer eye. That is not good for a wedding day.

I hired her for my Mom and MIL. They looked pretty but my Mom had hoped to get fake lashes put on and it was not offered. Also felt the blush wa stop light. Good overall though
