At my first appointment, Kathy impressed me with her knowledge and communication as she assessed my lashes and explained her recommendation. We chose the douyin style—pretty, youthful, and natural. I really like my new set of lashes. Zero issues! Alisha is thorough, explained what she was doing and why she was doing it. You can tell she cares about you being informed. Truly amazing experience. I’ve never had either of these beauty procedures done. I was made to feel comfortable with the process each step of the way. The atmosphere was very clean, pleasant, bright and welcoming. Of course Alisha was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only was she teaching her new apprentice but she made it a learning experience for me as well. The end result was exactly how I do my own eyebrow makeup, only this will last 4-6 weeks…and my little bitty unruly eyelashes are actually noticeable. Loved my relaxation time while getting pampered.

it was amazing! she was so accommodating, she even had a waiting room setup with some snacks. she was very gentle and nice. the lashes turned out perfect, and as someone with really sensitive eyes, these are very light and comfortable! i didn't tear up as much. she was kind enough to teach me how to brush my lashes too so that it would last long. definitely would recommend kathy to anyone who wants to get their lashes done! will be coming back again and again <3
